Orders & Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and business purchase orders (approved accounts). Orders are processed on business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking.
Purchase Orders (PO/Net-30): Available for schools, public agencies, and qualified businesses. Email sales@urbansmartcollective.com to set up terms.
Sales tax: Collected where required. Tax-exempt organizations can email a valid exemption certificate prior to purchase.
Shipping
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse network. Some orders may ship in multiple cartons. Transit times depend on destination and carrier.
- Tracking: Emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.
- Delivery area: U.S. domestic shipping; contact us for special arrangements.
- Freight/LTL: Large or multi-unit orders may require freight. We’ll coordinate delivery windows and access needs.
Damage/shortage on arrival: Keep all packaging and contact support@urbansmartcollective.com within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or parts as appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery on new, complete items in resalable condition.
- Email support@urbansmartcollective.com with your order number to obtain an RMA.
- Use original packaging when possible and ship with tracking.
- Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically 3–5 business days after receipt).
Not eligible: Installed/modified items, items missing major parts/packaging, special-order configurations, or items otherwise marked “final sale.”
After 30 days: Warranty service is provided under the manufacturer’s limited warranty (see below).
Warranty & Repairs
All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. Exact terms (coverage period and process) are shown on each product page.
- Within the first 30 days: contact us; we’ll assist with troubleshooting and next steps.
- After 30 days: warranty service is handled per the manufacturer’s process (repair/replacement). We’ll help you obtain any Return Authorization numbers and service instructions.
What to have ready: serial number, proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@urbansmartcollective.com. Shipped orders follow the Returns & Exchanges policy above.
